This is one of the pieces of land we were looking at buying - 40 acres for just $125,000!  It looks like jungle at the moment, but you can employ the indians at $7 a day to clear it in just a few months.

our house, partially built.  We are actually changing the siding to a different wood.

A view of the upstairs.  Not much to see yet, but there will be a huge bedroom and bathroom with a large deck up here.  Overall the house is 2400 sq ft including two decks, plus a third deck and boathouse.

This resort charges $275 - $325 per night per cabin with 100% occupancy in the high season and 30% in low.  And they don't have the corral (but they do provide meals).
